Top scorer Andrew Yogan transfers to Dornbirn

The American forward, who was drafted in Round 4 at the time and then gained a significant AHL routine, arrived in Europe during the 2016/17 season and played hockey for the first time in Bolzano. He spent the next two seasons in Innsbruck, producing first 57 and then 61 points in the EBEL regular season. In both of these seasons he made it to the TOP 10 on the league’s top scorers list. He was then contracted by Hydro Fehérvár AV19, where he collected the most points with 24 goals and 28 assists, which was enough for the 6th place in the league in 2019/2020. At the end of the year the Hungarian team did a full evaluation of Yogan’s contribution to the team and decided not to extend his contract. Until now it was not sure if Andrew Yogan will stay in the ICEHL league, but now it is certain, he will be helping out Dornbirner AC with his scoring skills in the 2020/2021 season.

Nice catch Dornbirn and good luck Andrew!
